We currently have a position open in Brisbane for an experienced Field Service Technician to join our expanding service team based out of Park Ridge. We are looking for a great communicator who is a team player with an excellent attitude coupled with loyalty and commitment.
This position would best suit an experienced Field Service Tech with industry experience, or an automotive mechanic / auto electrician. Maybe you are a workshop mechanic or or trades assistant looking to get into field service work or maybe you are in the field already and just looking for a change. What's most important is your positive attitude and desire to learn.

Reporting to our National Service Manager your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Service and repair of Industrial and Commercial cleaning equipment
- Pre-delivery of new equipment - de-crates, assembly, upgrades and quality control checks
- Testing and Tagging of equipment with Plug Changes as required ( We will be happy to get you certified for both if you're not already )
- Completing digital paperwork such as work orders and quotes.
- Occasional training of operators on the correct use and maintenance of their machinery
- Working with the Service Coordinators and Operations teams as required
- Looking for appropriate opportunities to up sell to new Equipment and Services
- Working with the Sales team as required with sales leads and machine installations
- Occasional onsite installation of chemical, soap, toilet paper, and hand towel dispensers
