- Overseeing and leading the leasing team
- Marketing properties for lease
- Scheduling inspection runs
- Application processing
- Providing open home feedback to landlords/PM’s
- Key management
- Preparing lease agreements
- Current Certificate of Registration (essential).
- Previous real estate experience.
- Australian driver’s license and a reliable car.
- Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organisational abilities and time management.
- Outstanding telephone manner and focus on meticulous detail.
- Immaculate presentation.
