About the roles...
Property Managers are responsible for providing six star service and client satisfaction in all aspects of managing their client’s properties. All Property Manager candidates must be licenced with at least 3 years experience, have superior communication skills, be willing to learn, adaptable, IT savvy and able to quickly pick up new systems, up for a challenge and willing to continually develop and grow personally and professionally.
Leasing Partners are responsible for liaising and engaging with prospective and current tenants regarding leasing and onsite inspections. The Leasing Partner supports the Property Manager in leasing and managing properties, and engagement of prospective and current tenants. All Leasing Partner candidates must be licenced with at least 12 months experience, have excellent communication skills and superior time management, be willing to learn, adaptable, IT savvy and able to quickly pick up new systems, up for a challenge and willing to continually develop and grow personally and professionally. It is a requirement of this role to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays.
