Description:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include:
- Process high volume, end-to-end payroll (circa 3500 employees fortnightly)
- Answer queries related to the payroll(s)
- Enter and maintain all payroll data in C21
- Process new starters + termination & redundancy payments
- Interpret and advise on payroll related acts, awards, agreements, policies and procedures.
- Manage superannuation payments
- Assist the Payroll Manager in requirements that are directed in relation to Ad-hoc reporting
- Other ad hoc tasks (please request PD for full list of roles and responsibilities)
Requirements:
- Previous experience processing high-volume, end-to-end payroll
- Established understanding of payroll and relevant legislation
- High attention to detail and action oriented
- Strong communicator over phone, video and email
