We are currently seeking a National Operations Administrator for our National Operations Centre based in Belmont, WA . This role is a Full-Time position, based on 38 hours per week and covers shifts between the hours of 7am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.
Description
The Role:
- Receive, update and manage client work orders via phone, email and online portals.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding status and change of work order requests.
- Efficiently raise work orders in accordance with order type and job priority.
- Confirm status of works in progress, ensuring system data is maintained and documentation is received and validated.
Skills And Experiences
Selection Criteria:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- Efficient time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- 1 year experience in a similar customer service or administration role preferred.
