Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals across all regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
- Provide training and coaching to sales team members to improve their performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a national or regional role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
