ABOUT THE ROLE
An Export Operations role, managing shipments from order to uplift. Handling a portfolio of accounts, this role brings a strong customer focus. Working in a friendly and supportive team, the position has a mixture of both air and sea.
DUTIES
- Ensure all orders are handled from the order through to delivery at the destination port
- Work with internal and external suppliers to build strong relationships
- Full Customer Service provision for all orders
- Ensure full costing and invoicing are accurate for each file
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
3 plus years experience in Export Operations (Air & Sea) Previous exposure in a hands-on export role in freight forwarding Exposure to working closely with key clients Must have experiencing working with Cargowise1COMPANY CULTURE
