High Street Social in Bowral is brewing up something special, and we need a coffee-loving, milk-frothing, customer-charming Barista to join our team! If you’re passionate about great coffee, thrive in a fast-paced vibe, and love making people’s day with the perfect cup, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:

• Craft top-notch coffee with speed, skill, and a little bit of flair.
• Keep up with the morning rush like a pro—because caffeine is serious business!
• Deliver friendly, engaging service that keeps our customers coming back.
• Maintain a clean, organised coffee station (because a tidy barista is a happy barista).
• Work with the team to keep the good vibes rolling all day long.
  

What we’re looking for:

• Experience slinging coffee in a busy café (latte art skills = bonus points!).
• A passion for hospitality and making people feel welcome.
• Ability to work fast, stay cool under pressure, and bring a positive attitude.
• Flexibility with shifts, including weekends—we love an early riser!
• Strong teamwork skills and a love for great food and coffee.
