About The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity exists for a Project Coordinator to join our Facility Management team in Melbourne. This integral role is responsible for managing operational activities on the job, including safety, contractors, compliance, and profitable project delivery. This role will be responsible for supporting our Project Managers in developing, establishing and maintaining the project management framework and ensuring that it is complied with by the managers.

Key responsibilities
- Preparation, collection & maintenance of project documents and records, including schedules, variations, and reports
- Prepare & review reports on project status and ensure that stakeholders are kept informed of key developments
- Coordinating all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery
- Support the coordination of projects schedules and keeping them up to date with adjustments.
- Responding to subcontractor queries
- Assist with managing and following up pre-construction documentation
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including organizing meetings and documentation
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates and contributing to the planning and execution process
- Assist in resolving site issues by liaising with contractors and suppliers with the support of the Project Manager
- Supporting the project manager with additional administrative and coordination tasks as required
- Oversee OH&S compliance to maintain a safe work environment
About You
- Current Driver’s License
- Relevant experience in project coordination, administration, or a related field
- Proficient in using project management software and MS Office suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment
