About the Role

As the Manager, Organisational Development, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering CALHN’s Strategic Ambitions and People First Strategy. Reporting to the Director, Organisational Development & Workforce Strategy, you’ll design and implement innovative programs that enhance organisational capability and create a workplace where people thrive. About You
We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to drive organisational development initiatives that inspire growth, inclusion, and excellence. You’ll bring a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise to shape the culture and capability of our organisation.
- Qualifications and Knowledge : Hold tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology or a related discipline, with deep knowledge of contemporary leadership, change management, and workforce planning methodologies.
- Skills and Abilities : Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to design and implement end-to-end organisational development strategies and foster collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Experience : Possess extensive experience in leading leadership development, cultural improvement, and organisational change initiatives, with a proven track record of delivering impactful training programs.
- Leadership and Initiative : Exhibit strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to strategic and operational improvements with a focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion.
