As our Reservations Agent / Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcome, informed, and cared for from the moment they step through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel reservations efficiently, including processing bookings, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to guests regarding room availability, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person, delivering outstanding service in line with voco’s standards.
- Handle guest concerns related to reservations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively
- Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth communication and seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest bookings and transactions, ensuring data integrity in hotel systems.
- Provide valet services and assist with luggage when required to enhance guest satisfaction.
What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience in Reservations is essential for this role.
- Front Office and Opera experience is a strong advantage.
- A knack for multitasking and thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
