Coffee Central Moe are a cafe located in the heart of the Gippsland Region in Melbourne's East. We are seeking a full time skilled and passionate Chef to join our energetic and supportive team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for ensuring strict control measures are observed
  • Ensure stock keeping following FIFO method
  • Arrange with Head Chefs the preparation of new dishes and menus
  • Instruct Cooks and kitchen hands about the correct preparation and procedures
  • Participate in the cost calculation of dishes
  • Secure compliance of hygiene standards
  • Make inventory and estimate food supplies requirements
  • Ensure dietary requirements are followed before serving
  • Attending recommendations made by patrons
Applicants must hold a Cert III and Cert IV in Commercial Cookery and have at least 1 year of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.

A salary between $70,000 - $75,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
