Job Description

Then, this opportunity might just be your dream job:

  • Supporting the program management and delivery of banker education programs and initiatives (inc. our unique behavioural and technical programs that make Judo the most trusted business bank in Australia!)
  • Program management of Inclusion, Equity & Diversity (IE&D) and Culture initiatives (including management of EAJs/Roadshows) and co-leading the Belong@Judo Network;
  • Managing submission of workplace awards;
  • Vendor managing program suppliers;
  • Evaluating learning effectiveness via feedback and observed capability changes.
Desired Skills and Experience

A little bit about you…

The skills you’ve picked up along the way:

  • Organisational development and capability building
  • Project/program management – scheduling, communication of programs, stakeholder engagement
  • Stakeholder management – not just on “paper” but face to face and remotely!
  • Event management
  • Identifying knowledge gaps and designing effective development programs to close them.
  • Delivering learning in an engaging way at all levels
  • Written communication from formal papers to all colleague communications
  • Passion for organisational culture and understanding of inclusion, equity and diversity principles.
  • Experience in organisational development, program delivery and coordination both locally and nationally
  • Experience working in a busy "delivery” team (ideally Human Resources or events)
  • Understanding of human performance, culture management, talent and learning practises (ideally in banking or financial services)
  • Demonstrated ability to work across all levels
