About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimisation of the superannuation product, ensuring we meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

How you’ll make an impact
- Contribute to the product strategy and vision for the Superannuation business.
- Develop the product roadmap, user stories, scenarios, and product backlog by conducting user research and engaging with stakeholders.
- Drive product development through the entire development cycle, from conceptualisation, design and development, through to launch and ongoing support in a fast-paced, at times ambiguous, agile environment.
- Engage with other product managers across Flare to ensure priorities are aligned, particularly between Flare and the Superannuation business.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities to optimise existing features and design new ones.
- Prioritise day-to-day tasks, engagement with our partners, and deliver projects on schedule.
- Ensure product data and analytics are never neglected and treated as key requirements for successful delivery.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within a relevant industry, with leadership experience.
- Excellent communicator that can present ideas and strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across engineering, commercial and partnership teams.
- Creative problem-solver who adapts to changes and drives innovative solutions to market.
- Proven track record in execution of product delivery and day-to-day management of products using agile methodologies and data to help inform decisions.
- Ability to understand technology and create a balanced product roadmap aligned with company strategy.
