Based in Sydney, this newly created, senior executive position will work directly with the CEO of UIA and contribute to the success of this renowned communal organisation. This is a unique chance to lead critical initiatives that make a difference in the community at a crucial time.

• Leadership : Provide leadership across all UIA NSW divisions and serve as a key member of the UIA executive team.
• Strategic Oversight : Develop and oversee strategies to enhance the donor journey and build partnerships across the community.
• Donor Engagement and Community Impact : Participate in and support community initiatives and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

• A track record of driving organisational success and managing complex projects and relationships (operations management preferred).
