Our client is an established national head contractor renowned for delivering high-profile projects valued at $100 million+. With a proven track record across the country, they are committed to excellence, innovation, and the highest standards of quality in construction. As they continue to shape the built environment, they are looking for an experienced leader to drive forward their ambitious project portfolio.

As the Project Director, you will be at the helm of major construction projects, ensuring their successful delivery from inception through to completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage project delivery, and foster strong client relationships to ensure projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will be pivotal in steering project strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and serving as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.

In this position, your ability to manage teams and cultivate robust client engagement will be critical to the continued success and growth of the organisation. Contribution and leadership driving positive culture is a must.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in managing multiple high-value construction projects, with demonstrable experience delivering projects in the $50 million to $100 million-plus range. Exceptional leadership and team management skills are essential, along with a keen commercial acumen and a talent for nurturing client relationships. You must be adept at driving project performance, resolving complex challenges, and maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and external partners.

A relevant tertiary qualification and professional accreditation are highly regarded, and a passion for excellence in construction delivery is a must.
