Who You Are
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on partnerships leader known for driving sales acceleration through partner networks in B2B SaaS. This person will thrive in executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, building strong relationships across resellers, referral partners, and service implementation partners, and driving bookings and revenue growth.
You are someone who knows how to leverage channel and referral partnerships to generate high conversion leads and expand market reach. You work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align GTM execution, optimise partner engagement, and drive business impact.
What You Will Do
- Drive sales acceleration by executing and refining the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for partnerships.
- Leverage existing documentation, processes, and insights to optimise partner engagement and maximise sales impact.
- Identify and implement GTM initiatives to increase lead flow and revenue contribution from channel, referral, and reseller partners.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing partners, ensuring strong alignment with sales and business objectives.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
- Build on and implement a long-term partner strategy, scaling the network of key partners over the next two to three years.
- Define and execute partner booking and ACV-driven SaaS strategies, ensuring sustainable partner growth channels.
- Strengthen partner engagement models, optimising how partners interact with sales teams and contribute to business growth.
- Continue to expand partnerships beyond ANZ, ensuring a scalable and repeatable model across global regions.
- Act as the interlock between sales and partnerships, ensuring alignment on pipeline, bookings, and revenue targets.
What You'll Need
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, sales, and or partnerships.
- Proven track record of driving growth through partnerships and sales.
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies and execution in a SaaS environment.
- Experience working in a global capacity, navigating different market conditions.
- Hands-on leader with strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
- Strong ability to work across multiple teams, lead cross-functional engagements and persuade and influence.
