We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to inspire and nurture this talented team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

1. Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
2. Join the Senior Management team and help shape the future
3. Oversee five property managers, each with their own portfolios
4. NO PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT—focus entirely on leadership and support
5. Motivate and empower a team eager for direction
6. Implement strategies to drive performance and success
7. Ensure KPIs are met with a positive outlook
8. Address escalated issues constructively
9. Provide mentoring to support team growth
10. Collaborate with the Leadership Team to foster innovation
11. Analyse and prepare budgets to maximize resources

1. Previous experience in Property Management or as a Department Head—an opportunity to shine
2. Experience managing teams and portfolios, helping them flourish
3. Motivated and driven with a collaborative spirit
4. Excellent at prioritizing time for yourself and your team
5. Skilled in Conflict Resolution, with experience in NCAT and tribunals
6. Ready to lead a department excited for new possibilities
7. Current Certificate of Registration (License preferred)
