As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll drive best-in-class recruitment strategies, leveraging data, employer branding, and proactive sourcing to attract top-tier talent across high-volume business units. You'll also champion internal mobility, helping to uncover and facilitate exciting career opportunities for our people.

Day to day you will:
- Own end-to-end recruitment across high-volume business units.
- Drive proactive sourcing through talent communities, campaigns, and employer branding.
- Use data and insights to optimise hiring workflows and shape strategy.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other innovative search strategies.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and become their go-to hiring expert.
- Present quarterly to business leaders on hiring trends, data, and big-picture projects.
- Smash SLAs—including time to shortlist, time to fill, proactive hires, and agency usage.
- Champion internal mobility and help our people grow their careers at Nine.
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives like Hiring Leader Training to upskill managers.
- Collaborate, mentor, and support the team to keep things running smoothly.
- Guide hiring leaders on best practices to ensure consistent, high-impact hiring.
What we would like to see:
- Experience and knowledge of best practice end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering a range of sourcing strategies.
- Ability to develop and present meaningful reporting and insights.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and networking skills.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes effectively.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other systems.
