We offer a broad range of innovative bespoke and universal solutions to the mining, transport, rail, industrial, agriculture and marine industries globally.The 2 x Field Service Coordinators will be responsible for producing and maintaining the work schedule for a national team of technicians performing various machine-related activities.
The role will be based on a fortnightly rotating roster. 1st shift - 6am to 2pm / 2nd shift - 8.30am to 4.30pm
The role:
- Update and maintaining schedules for installation of products
- Organise site access and travel requests
- Coordinate installation dates with production team to ensure timely delivery and execution of goods and service.
- Organising testing equipment for field technicians for site entry
- Act as direct contact point for field staff
- Monitor and report on technician downtime inclusive of service utilisation and invoice sales value
- Preparing analytical reporting to client and customers
- Liaising with multiple departments and contact points to ensure a smooth and successful executing process - internal & external
- Have an ability to work across both shifts on rotating roster
- High level customer service acumen
- Exceptional service co-ordination skills with attention to detail
- Possess previous experience in a fast paced environment
- High level communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to plan, forecast and execute work plans
- Previous exposure to data management and reporting
- Previous experience with Salesforce - Advantageous
- Previous experience in Trello - Advantageous
