AHP Healthcare are excited to announce that we have officially partnered with one of the Leading Allied Health Community Care providers in Australia!Due to continued growth and expansion AHP Healthcare are currently seeking a Senior or General Occupational Therapist to join a multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals to provide therapy to pediatric and mixed caseload clients!
A snap shot of your core responsibilities:
● Be apart of a team that is highly engaged, client centric and who learn and work together in a supportive, team-based environment
● Provide community care for a number of clients with varied disabilities and ages!
● An exceptionally flexible workplace with low KPI's
● Ensure efficient, cost effective and timely delivery of services
● Provide hands-on coaching, feedback and development support to each team
member
What do you need to be considered
● Plan, deliver and evaluate Occupational Therapist services to NDIS participants which help them achieve their NDIS goals.
● Support NDIS participants’ inclusion and participation in the community
● Provide services and supports in collaboration with key stakeholders
● Participate in regular professional development opportunities to keep up with current developments
● Fulfil administrative requirements such as data collection and note taking
● When assigned, supervise and train assistants, volunteers and students, ensuring the maintenance of professional, clinical, ethical and safety standards
● Ensure services meet quality service standards and NDIS guidelines.
