About the Opportunity
As our client’s business continues to grow, they are seeking a General Manager - Parts & Accessories to take charge of their multi-site, multi-brand Parts operation. This role has become available due to an internal promotion—proving that career growth is a reality here!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing Parts & Accessories team.
- Oversee daily operations, stock control, supplier negotiations, and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive growth.
- Develop & execute strategies to achieve sales targets & KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Champion customer satisfaction, ensuring an outstanding experience at every touchpoint.
