About the role:
This full-time opportunity offers a challenging, autonomous and rewarding role, providing solutions to help customers identify and track their products throughout their supply chain. Located in Wakerley, Brisbane , you will be reporting to the National Sales Manager - Domino.
As the Business Development Manager - Domino , you will drive new business opportunities which involve many aspects of business development, such as:
- Providing technical sales, phone/in-person, support for products across the state to SME and corporate companies.
- Alliance/OEM development and management.
- Contributing to marketing and business strategy.
- Recognising opportunities and developing business plans.
- Identifying prospective clients while monitoring market conditions and competition.
- Ownership of actions; follow through on commitments, meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Anticipating and responding to customer needs by seeking and acting on their feedback.
- Establishing and maintaining open and trusting relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Writing and presenting clear, concise and persuasive technical and non-technical proposals, presentations and pitches.
- Working collaboratively with our project delivery, technical support and shared service teams.
- Manage product demonstrations and trials.
- Prepare reports on business development activity and opportunities.

About you:
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
- 2+ years B2B Sales Experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges through strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in technical sales and or support, in packaging, manufacturing or printing (but not essential)
- CRM expertise (Microsoft CRM desirable)
- Competence in the Microsoft Product Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- A valid Australian Driver Licence and Own vehicle
- Flexibility to travel regionally, and occasionally interstate, as required
- Availability for Attendance at a minimum of 2 exhibitions per year
