ABOUT THE ROLE
This person will directly report to the Contract Manager and will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners within a key client contract in Darwin, Northern Territory.
- Menzies has a F/T Supervisor role available waiting for the right person.
- Location: Darwin, Northern Territory
- Being willing and able to pass a National Police Check and as well as a WWCC.

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual for the position of Cleaning Supervisor in an educational environment
The position will focus on site supervision, whilst ensuring services are delivered to the specified quality standards and to enhance the company's reputation as a premium service provider.
Skills/Experience Required
- Available from 5am, Mon – Friday
- Full Time working rights
- Must have Full Australian driving license
- Be physically fit
- Cleaning Supervisor or leading hand experience preferred
- Must have a WWCC
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities
The role will involve:
1. Understanding our contractual responsibilities in servicing the contract.
2. Building relationships with our customers and responding to their requirements.
3. Implementing and managing a successful team around you to achieve contractual KPIs.
4. Ensuring that services are delivered within our framework for occupational health, safety and sustainability.
5. Maximising company profitability in achieving the above.
6. Client Liaison
7. Daily Quality Assurance and HSEQ Inspections ( Audits)
8. Rostering and organising cleaners for the daily cleaning requirements
9. Visit sites and supervise staff
