About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to join our team, delivering expert physiotherapy services to clients in their homes within the local community. In this role, you will work to enhance the mobility, independence, and overall well-being of our aged clients, providing tailored therapy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, tailored exercise programs, and recommend mobility aids where necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimise client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, treatments, and client progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA).
  • Previous experience working with older adults and community clients preferred but not essential.
  • National police clearance.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
