Job Description
Design Creation:
- Develop eye-catching designs for digital and print media, including reports, presentations, social media, and marketing materials.
- Translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals that align with our brand and our clients' needs.
- Maintain and enhance brand aesthetics across all design outputs.
- Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and are polished and professional.
- Deliver high-quality designs with a strong eye for detail—no missed alignments, typos, or inconsistencies.
- Follow creative direction carefully and incorporate feedback accurately.
- Work closely with our team to develop innovative and effective design solutions.
- Clearly communicate design ideas and adjust based on feedback.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
- Organise and maintain digital design assets efficiently.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing corporate/business design.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with experience in Canva.
- Deep understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Excellent attention to detail—someone who catches small errors before they go live.
- Strong ability to follow instructions while also bringing creative ideas to the table.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in a remote environment.
- Enthusiastic, professional, and eager to contribute to a team making a difference.
