As part of our rapid expansion, we are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Verification & Auditing
- Make 30-40 daily outbound calls to verify customer details and ensure compliance with energy upgrade requirements.
- Conduct audits on customer information to maintain accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Inbound Sales Handling & Conversion
- Answer incoming calls from customers inquiring about energy upgrades.
- Educate customers on available products and services, addressing concerns and closing sales efficiently .
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Product Knowledge & CRM Management
- Quickly learn and understand Ecosaver Australia’s products, services, and government rebate programs.
- Utilize CRM systems to log calls, track leads, and manage customer data accurately.
- Adapt to new tools and processes for efficient workflow management.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, inbound sales, or customer verification.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and digital tools.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and close sales.
- Fast Learner: Ability to grasp new information quickly and apply it effectively.
- Target-Driven: Proven ability to handle objections, meet sales goals, and perform under pressure .
- Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
