Significant executive leadership opportunity | International NGO Oversee, manage and lead all aspects of the finance function for the Adara Group Report to the boards of Adara’s international development organisation and its corporate advisory businessThe role
Your focus will be to :
- Lead financial reporting across all entities
- Lead the management of global financial systems (including payroll and internal controls), policies and protocols
- Lead the finance function to ensure excellence in financial governance
- Provide leadership, guidance and capacity building across the finance teams
- Manage the taxation affairs of the Adara Group
As a key member of the Global Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in managing the strategic direction, performance and impact of Adara.
About You
You’re an experienced accounting professional with 10 years+ experience as a CA or CPA.
With proven ability to translate strategy into action, you’re skilled at engaging others in your vision and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across a range of geographic regions.
