ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of multiple fit-out projects, ensuring all works are completed on time and to the highest standard. You will coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and project efficiency.
DUTIES
- Develop and manage construction programs, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Oversee budgets, procurement, and subcontractor contracts.
- Manage site teams to ensure smooth project delivery and quality control.
- Work closely with clients, designers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, building codes, and contractual obligations.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in fit-out project management within commercial or retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of high-end finishes, design coordination, and project timelines.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, procurement, and subcontractor relationships.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
