The key attributes we are looking for are:
• Clear and concise written communications to both internal and external stakeholders regarding critical HR matters to tap into efficiencies that sharpen
performance.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures with the ability to convey the HR data in the context of their application.
• An innovative and continuous improvement mindset, leveraging tools such as Power BI to generate ideas, proactively refine processes and challenge the norm to continuously drive improvement.
• Oversee system, data and reporting integrity, being accountable for what is produced, ensuring changes are properly reviewed and monitored for accuracy.
• Advanced skills in Excel is required, and experience in the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI) and SQL Server Management Studio (or equivalent
tool) is desired.
• Experience leading report design, including visualisation and data storytelling.
