They are on a mission to strengthen their internal capabilities by bringing an experienced Electrical Fitter into their talented assembly and installations team.
This role is central to the company’s ambitious growth plans, including expanding their offerings in precision industrial solutions. You will work closely with a skilled, assembly team to deliver top-notch switchboard building, on-site installations, equipment commissioning and some general electrical fault finding, maintenance and repairs on within an advanced engineering and manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Switchboard Building & Wiring: Assemble and wire electrical boards for industrial equipment.
• On-Site Installations: Support installations across the East Coast with opportunities for travel.
• Commissioning Equipment: Bring systems to life by testing and fine-tuning for customer-ready operation.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle breakdowns and warranty issues with a proactive approach.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work with the assembly supervisor and a growing team to optimise processes and deliver results.

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications include:

• Electrical Ticket (Certificate III in Electrotechnology): Essential for the role.
• Wiring Expertise: Proficient in electrical board wiring and capable of site-based installations.
• PLC Programming: Preferred but not required—experience here will give you an edge.
• Attention to Detail: Quality is non-negotiable.
• Travel-Ready: Willing to travel for on-site installations and commissioning.
