Woods & Co are excited to partner with a fast-growing 3PL company transforming global eCommerce. Supporting over 250 brands, they deliver innovative logistics and international shipping.
Our client is seeking a tech-savvy, AI-driven Customer Service Lead to elevate their 3PL operations. This role focuses on optimising customer support, automating processes, and leading high-performing global teams. You'll work closely with leadership to drive excellence in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

What will you do?
  • Build, lead, train, and manage both in-house and remote customer service teams
  • Oversee operations across multiple warehouses, ensuring seamless communication
  • Implement AI and automation to streamline customer service workflows
  • Ensure top-tier customer service performance and drive process optimisation

What do you need?
  • 3+ years of experience leading customer service teams
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in logistics or eCommerce
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing global or remote teams
  • Tech-savvy, with a keen interest in AI and automation.
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Own car and Australian driver’s licence (petrol reimbursements provided)
