As an Administration Assistant, you will exercise your excellent customer service skills to collaborate effectively with our teams in all areas of administration. This role will offer you new life skills, personal growth and development, the opportunity to earn qualifications and progress your career in a personally rewarding industry.
Duties of an Administration Assistant include:
- Be the go-to person for all things administration
- Manage customer accounts and debt collections
- Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration to help us support our community
- Support with office administration for our location
About you:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment as an Administrator, Receptionist or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Possess excellent computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and quality control over their work
- Excels working independently and as part of a team
