About the role
You’ll take charge of the customer life cycle, nurturing inbound leads to conversion and supporting them while they’re customers of the company. The role would suit a graduate or junior sales/customer support person. We value people with a great attitude and personality over experience. We’ll provide all necessary training so candidates with less experience need not worry.
Requirements
- One year of experience in tech sales/customer support or; a bachelors degree in sales or information technology
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a passion for all things technology
- You’re empathetic, patient and enthusiastic
- Willing to develop into a lead as the company grows
- You’re coachable and have initiative
Nice to haves
- You’ve written code before
- Understand concepts such as customer life cycle, customer success and customer life time value
- Experience working in Finance/Banking
- Experience working with distributed/remote teams
