JP&MC Tiling Pty Ltd has been servicing the Building & Construction industry for over 15 years. Based on the Sydney working on diverse projects, specialising in Tiling & Waterproofing
About the Position
The position is a full-time permanent position for the right candidate.
You will be required to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and within nominated constraints from pre-start to completion.
The role will include:
- Reviewing new tenders and liaising with builders
- Reviewing and analysing technical drawings, specifications and relevant documents to complete quantity estimating for pricing and installation purposes.
- Developing detailed project cost sheets/ quoting jobs including supply, labour and materials
- Reviewing and understanding the scope of works to be completed and identifying discrepancies and following up with builder/client
- Assisting with document management (hard cop / electronic)
- Preparing site documentation for projects.
- Register and control project documentation.
To qualify for the position, you would ideally have:
- Preferred Architectural background but not essential
- Experience in a similar role with a minimum 2 years but not essential
- Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft office
- Training will be provided
- High level computer skills. Experience in measure square would be advantageous
- Willing to learn and apply new skills including new software applications
