We have an Office/Department Manager, Senior Property Managers and Trust Accounts Administrator, so we have the ability to provide strong levels of ongoing mentoring and leadership along with consistent training in the following Property Management Procedures;

• Lease Agreements
• Work Orders and Maintenance
• Reporting
• Routine Inspections
• Processing Applications
• Rent Arrears
• Viewings and market reviews
• Tenant and Landlord liaison

The applicant should have the following qualifications and key attributes:

• Drivers License & own Car
• Property Management Registration a preference
• Proficient Computing Skill
• Professional Presentation
• Be highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Outstanding Communication Skills
• Attention to Detail
• Team player
• Be cool, calm and collected in high-stress situations
