- Lease Agreements
- Work Orders and Maintenance
- Reporting
- Routine Inspections
- Processing Applications
- Rent Arrears
- Viewings and market reviews
- Tenant and Landlord liaison
The applicant should have the following qualifications and key attributes:
- Drivers License & own Car
- Property Management Registration a preference
- Proficient Computing Skill
- Professional Presentation
- Be highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Team player
- Be cool, calm and collected in high-stress situations
