Based in the South Coast region of Western Australia on Noongar Country, South Coast Natural Resource Management is an independent, community-based organisation that provides leadership and expertise in natural resource management, conservation, sustainability, and community capacity. Our purpose is to lead and facilitate the stewardship of natural resources in our region, for the benefit of our economy and future generations.South Coast NRM is seeking a highly experienced and enthusiastic Leader for the role of Executive Manager of Operations. We’re looking for a leader with strong operational and commercial insight, adept business acumen, and a background in the Natural Resource Management industry. You will have at least 5 years of experience managing teams and are comfortable working in a not-for-profit business. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the development and implementation of project design and financial management, and be deeply committed to exceeding expectations and building solid partnership and stakeholder relationships
Key responsibilities:Manage the operations team’s strategic direction, relating to delivery, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Provide detailed financial management for all operational projects, including budget preparation, reporting and procurement. Lead the development and implementation of programs, projects and plans within the Operational portfolio. Development of strong working relationships with interna land external stakeholders to ensure effective program and project development and delivery.
