Paull and Warner Accident Repair Centre Perth is part of the Vizion Group. A privately owned group of four Accident Repair Centres providing services for insurance companies private customers.
We are currently looking for a full time Administrator/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills. To work directly with the business owner at our Perth site based in Newcastle Street.
Ideally you will be an all rounder, have a flexible attitude for the job requirements including a can do attitude.
You would be professional and friendly, have excellent comunication skills, and be able to liaise confidently with customers, insurance companies and parts suppliers. Experience of the smash repair industry would be an advantage.
Proven experience 2 + years as a Administrative Assistant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Suite ( Word, Excel, etc) and comfortable with office technology.
Experience in MYOB- iBodyshop would be highly regarded.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks efficiently.
Highly organised, detail oriented.
A positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
