SSH Group, an ASX-listed company, is looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Officer to join its KMH business unit in a permanent full-time role. This permanent full-time role is based in Kewdale , working Monday to Friday , with free onsite parking. The position reports to the group financial controller with a focus on providing support to the assistant accountant, senior financial accountant, operations team and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.KMH is a leader in the long and short-term dry hire of quality mobile plant, earthmoving equipment, and mine-site compliant vehicles, supporting mining and civil projects across the state. Our well-established fleet includes over 300 equipment assets, offering diverse operational support.

- Accounts Certificate / Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable within a high-volume transactional environment.
- Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Previous experience within the equipment hire industry and InspHire fleet management system is desirable.
- Demonstrable organisation and administration skills, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Valid WA driver’s license
- Police clearance – no more than 3 months old.
- Generate and send customer invoices and statements.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding debtor payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
- Process and match purchase orders with supplier invoices.
- Data entry and reconciliation of accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Manage trade credit applications and approvals.
- Oversee customer and supplier accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate fuel card and credit card reconciliations, including receipt tracking.
- Support general finance administration and reporting tasks.
- Assist with ad hoc accounting duties as required.
