Job Description

You are a qualifiedchef, renowned for delivering an exceptional culinary experiences. You will tell stories through food that will indulge the senses and leave lasting memories. You will be passionate and creative in your approach to consistently producing high quality dishes that delight our guests.Your flexibility in adapting to special requests will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences that will see guests returning time and time again.

What Will You Do

• Prepare and present food for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a la carte, room service, functions and buffet service
• Ensure that mis-en-place is complete in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintain food hygiene in accordance with legislative standards
• Follow recipes and brand standards
• Maintain strict stock control procedures
  
  

Qualifications

You will be:

• A culinary artist with a passion for producing exquisite dishes
• Detail-focused with the ability to deliver consistently high-quality food under pressure
• Energetic and proactive with an enthusiasm to develop your culinary expertise
• A team player who easily builds rapport with colleagues and guests alike
• Trade qualified having completed a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
• Flexible and able to work around a 7 days rotating roster - including evenings and weekends
