Searson Buck is currently seeking expressions of interest from skilled and qualified Building and Construction Tradespersons to join our team for multiple clients. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a variety of construction projects. If you are a tradesperson seeking a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of building and construction tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general labouring duties
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to execute construction projects accurately
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship, ensuring projects are completed on time and to client specifications
• Manage materials and tools efficiently, ensuring all equipment is used safely and responsibly
• Work closely with other tradespeople and site managers to ensure smooth project execution
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
• Perform site clean-up and general maintenance to ensure the worksite is safe and organised

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant trade qualifications (i.e. Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical)
• A valid driver’s licence (Essential)
• Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team, ensuring high standards of quality and safety
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
