Description:
We are looking for a Solar Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support for solar energy systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in solar energy systems support or engineering role
- Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, solar inverters, and energy storage solutions
- Experience in troubleshooting solar system issues, including performance and electrical problems
- Knowledge of solar installation best practices and regulatory requirements
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, including schematics and specifications
- Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications in solar technology or energy management are a plus
