In Australia, The Body Shop is seeking a proactive, commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager that will be responsible for the co-ordination of the integrated digital media plan. The ideal candidate will have a mix of channel expertise, across Paid Social (full funnel), Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate Marketing, Organic Social, Influencers and experience managing third-party agency relationships. With a growth mindset and the ability to deliver digital marketing programs that deliver revenue at scale, they will work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver against key market objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Product, you will be part of the Marketing / Product Team due to the specialism that you’re accountable for, however, you are the main point of contact for all day to day market related digital activity and will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating all digital plans and providing results and insights in the weekly commercial trade meetings.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy for Paid Social, Search, Display, Affiliates, Organic Social & Influencers
  • Recommend and own the allocation of the digital media budget across channels in order to achieve targets; and optimise spend across channels based on performance
  • Responsible for audience recommendations, campaign delivery, optimisation and performance reporting (with the support of external media agency partners)
  • Manage the Affiliate promotional plan, that delivers on the overall performance plan and align with the local commercial discount strategy
  • Manage all agency partners to deliver and optimise campaign performance
  • Brief content requirements for all channels that is fit for purpose for all channels and aligned to the brand VVIS
  • Collaborate with the DTC ecommerce team to align paid media with onsite performance optimisations
  • Update key stakeholders on digital insights and learnings from all campaign activity
  • Support the local Head of Marketing & Product to hit the 5Y plan targets on sales, customers and traffic targets & to deliver campaigns that align with the local marketing plan

What we're looking for:

  • Digital Marketing experience working within an omnichannel environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a dynamic and evolving business environment, with a strong track record of supporting growth and change.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to develop strong relationships, with multiple key stakeholders both internally and with external agency partnerships.
  • A confident communicator and presenter
  • A can-do attitude with a strong value of teamwork
