The Opportunity

St Kevin's College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced. Senior Diving Coach to continue in leading our highly successful Diving Program. Hours of work are between 15 - 20hrs per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive diving programs
  • Provide individualized coaching and technique instruction.
  • Foster a positive and supportive training environment.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to achieve team goals.
  • Monitor athlete progress and provide regular feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest diving techniques and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Current coaching certification
  • Extensive experience coaching diving at a competitive level.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of diving techniques, rules, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
