We're looking for a talented Product Development Specialist to join our dynamic team and help create innovative, SLICKHAIR products that redefine the market.
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and leveraging the latest trends in beauty and haircare and collaborating with our manufacturing team to bring groundbreaking hair products to life - Crafting products that deliver the SLICKHAIR products that customers crave

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Founder to conceptualise and develop innovative new on trend products, ensuring clear and concise briefs are delivered to our manufacturers, and overseeing the process from concept to sampling to production. Manage global production schedules, ensuring that all sampling and bulk goods meet required timelines and are delivered on time, in line with production and retailer requirements.Work closely with the COO and Supply Chain team to ensure all product compliance documentation is submitted accurately and meets the required retailer and global industry standards.Oversee artwork submissions for product packaging, collaborating with our graphics team to ensure all designs are updated and aligned with brand and regulatory guidelines.Manage offshore packaging and production, sourcing new suppliers and working with current suppliers to ensure production timelines and delivery deadlines are met without compromising quality.Lead quality assurance efforts, ensuring that all products adhere to international manufacturing, labelling, and compliance standards.
Experience and qualification:MUST have Significant experience in production management and timelinesMUST have experience with offshore sourcing and manufacturing.Able to work or demonstrate experience working in a Global structure, international mindset and international complianceAn understanding of QA/QC for FMCG industry (advantage for beauty industry) across international markets.Passionate about haircare/beauty
