Job Summary

The Enterprise Content Manager will be responsible for creating, managing and executing high-quality, customer-facing presentations, investor presentations, internal training content and company documentation for our knowledge base. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a strong eye for design, who can take complex information and distill it into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling, visually engaging presentations for clients that highlight our product offerings and showcase our company’s value proposition.
  • Craft investor ready presentations that effectively communicate our business strategy, vision and performance with clarity and impact
  • Design and develop training materials and presentations that empower internal teams and promote continuous learning
  • Write and maintain clear, concise and informative knowledge base articles to ensure consistency and easy access to information for internal teams
  • Execute content development by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure all materials align with the company’s messaging and be the brand voice
  • Simplify complex technical or business content into clear, engaging, and persuasive formats for easy understanding.
  • Maintain consistency and high visual standards across all presentations and documents, ensuring strong design, clear structure, and polished aesthetics

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience creating presentations and content in a professional setting, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides and Notion (additional knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and make them easily understandable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure content is visually appealing and logically structured.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage feedback from different stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a content creation or communication role is highly desirable.
