As a key member of our client success team, you’ll play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while ensuring seamless project execution. Our mission? To deliver high-impact solutions on time and within scope, providing world-class service to our Australian and European clients.

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for European clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with Evergen is exceptional.
- Client Onboarding & Ongoing Support: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process, provide training, and support ongoing client success initiatives.
- Project Coordination & Execution: Manage client project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring smooth execution with support from the Product and Delivery teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within client engagement processes and contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to align customer needs with Evergen’s technical and operational capabilities.
- Compliance & Safety: Promote a safe and healthy work environment while ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Client Delivery, or a related role within a SaaS business.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple enterprise clients across various time zones.
- Experience in project coordination, including tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Jira, Asana, HubSpot, Notion, and GSuite.
- Energy industry experience, particularly in energy retailing or renewable technology.
- Familiarity with the functionality of solar, home batteries, EV chargers, EVs, and hot water systems.
