Description:
Position InformationMeadowbank Public School is located on the traditional lands of the Wallumedegal people. Our school fosters an inclusive and supportive learning environment, emphasising collaborative curriculum planning to address the diverse needs of our students. Currently, our school serves a population of 700 students, with 88% of our students identified as EAL/D (English as an Additional Language or Dialect).
The support unit includes an Autism class, and two MC classes, one of which was established this year. The classes are formed based on assessed student needs, rather than a fixed provision, ensuring that support structures are integrated within the whole school setting. As a Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) school, we strive to maintain high expectations and a positive culture. Our community actively engages in a partnership among parents, staff, and students to promote a thriving educational environment.
