CMR has partnered with one of our private clients who are seeking a registered nurse for a full-time position within their Northern Beaches unit.
CMR are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Oncology Registered Nurse to join our client's dedicated team in Frenchs Forest, New South Wales. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based oncology nursing care to patients.
* Adhere to NSW Health legislation and ACQSHC National Standards in practice.
* Offer holistic nursing care, perform high-level patient assessments, and provide necessary referrals.
* Work closely with the Quality and Clinical Governance teams to ensure best practices and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
* Monitor patient health through nursing observations, administer medications, and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
* Collaborate with oncologists and the broader multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* At least 12 months of oncology experience is preferred
* Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient care.
* Solid clinical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to plan and coordinate patient care effectively.
* A commitment to continuous learning, evidence-based practices, and working within a collaborative team environment.
