Role Highlights: In this role as a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer accounts within your designated territory. You will work autonomously and build relationships with clients.

The Role:
- Sales within your territory, taking orders, reporting, and building a portfolio of clients.
- Establishing and growing relationships with supermarkets, deli teams, and key stakeholders.
- Managing poultry product distribution, ensuring efficient service and strong client satisfaction.
- Regional travel within NSW, with occasional overnight stays (not often, approximately every 3-6 months).
- Collaborating with store teams, ensuring the effective delivery of products to customers and supporting sales targets.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in retail or fresh food (poultry, deli, or FMCG). Key skills we are looking for include:
- Sales experience, preferably within fresh food, deli, or poultry sectors.
- A strong communicator who can build lasting client relationships.
- A self-driven individual with a track record of achieving targets and maintaining strong client accounts.
- Basic administrative skills, including proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen and hold a full driver’s license.
- Competitive salary: $60-$70K base + Superannuation (depending on experience).
